Goal
Turn an early startup idea into a testable product that brings bus trips together and makes comparison and booking easier for travelers.

Situation
Triboo started with a real problem faced by travelers moving between cities in Egypt. A traveler looking for the right bus trip often needs to search across several transportation companies, each with its own website, application, booking method, schedules, and prices. This makes choosing the right trip exhausting. The traveler needs to move between different sources to understand availability, timing, price, comfort level, and sometimes reviews or trip quality. The idea was to bring bus trips into one place, letting travelers search, compare, choose the right trip, and book more easily through a website or application.
Challenge
The challenge was not only technical. The project was at an early stage and needed to turn the idea into a clear business model, user journey, and MVP that could be tested in the market.
- Difficulty for travelers to compare between transportation companies.
- Scattered schedules and prices across multiple platforms.
- Limited visibility into trip reviews and bus comfort levels.
- The startup needed to study the idea before execution.
- The product needed a clear roadmap.
- The business model had to connect transportation companies with travelers.
- The MVP had to test the idea without building a large product too early.
What Ensdim Built
We worked with Triboo across two stages, from strategic product thinking to MVP execution.
Business Impact
Ensdim helped Triboo move from startup idea to a clear MVP that can be tested in the market.
Turning the idea into an executable roadmap.
Clarifying the business model before building the product.
Building an MVP to test the solution with users.
Reducing the risk of building a large product before market validation.
Creating an easier booking experience for travelers.
Helping users compare trips instead of moving between multiple companies.
Providing the company with a dashboard to manage trips, customers, and data.
Preparing the project for the next development stage based on first trial results.
Why This Case Matters
Triboo is a clear example of a startup that did not only need technical execution. It needed a partner to help turn an idea into a testable product. This case shows how an early-stage team can start from a real market problem, then move through understanding, analysis, business model structuring, and MVP development instead of jumping directly into a full product build. In this case, Ensdim's role was not only to build a website or application. It was to help shape the idea from the beginning and turn it into a measurable, testable digital experience.
